Hi, I’m Aash!

I’m a model, actress, podcast host, entrepreneur, and influencer based in Los Angeles and Paris. I graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Nutritional Science.

I have been on a health and wellness journey for a while now, chasing the best health hacks to get my body into optimal shape. I have been dealing with stomach issues for as long as I can remember, and this space is for me to explore and experiment with different holistic methods to get my stomach back to being happy and healthy.

This is more of a lifestyle blog. Follow along my journey from the ins and outs of my daily life, to new wellness challenges, and to my journey to moving to PARIS!

for the body.

I am not a certified health coach or nutritionist. I am a human being experimenting with different health and wellness challenges to create an optimal lifestyle. Here are my 6 pillars to achieving this optimal lifestyle:

Sleep

The most important part of our day. Where we put to rest the work we did during the day, and now let ourselves let go and dream. Goal: 7-8hrs a day.

Eat

The hardest part of any healthy lifestyle is the thoughts that come with trying to eat healthy. Its all about balance. Eat what you want as long as you’re being a fair moderator! Goal: no junk.

Drink

1 gallon of water a day will help with all ailments… is what my mother believes — this is something that I have always struggled with, but that’s what this community is for! Goal: 1 gal of water a day

Move

Get active every day of the week. I don’t mean do intense workouts. I mean get outside and go for a walk and get your body moving. Goal: 10k steps a day.

Learn

An idle mind is no good for the body. Imagine what things you can learn in a week, a month, 6 months, a year? Goals: 1. Read 10 pages of a non-fiction book a day. 2. Get fluent in French.

Play

Now imagine how free your mind will be if you allow it to play. Goal: 1. Learn a new song on the piano every month. 2. Learn how to draw.
